Terms of use - Nidora
Last updated: 2026-10-25
This is an English translation of the French terms. If the two differ, the French version applies.
1. Purpose
Nidora is an app that helps parents find places suited to babies and young children. The information it shows comes from two sources: other parents, and our own estimates.
These terms govern your use of the app. By using it, you accept them.
The publisher is Leo Virgo, a SASU with share capital of €2,000, 6 rue d'Armaillé, 75017 Paris, France (SIREN 105 436 562). Contact: bonjour@nidora.family
2. Your account
An account is required to use Nidora. You can create it with Sign in with Apple or with your email address.
You are responsible for how your account is used. An account is personal: do not share it.
The app is intended for parents. It is not intended for people under 16.
3. What you publish
Your reviews, your photos, the places you add and the facilities you confirm are public in the app.
By publishing, you grant us the right to display, reproduce and translate this content in Nidora, free of charge and for the lifetime of the app. You remain the owner of your rights.
You warrant that what you publish comes from your own visit, that you hold the rights to it, and that it harms no one.
Do not include any information that could identify you in free-text fields: no first name, no address, no personal detail. This text remains online after your account is deleted: see section 5 and the privacy policy.
4. What is prohibited
- publishing false or misleading content, or content about a place you have not visited;
- publishing abusive, defamatory, hateful, sexual or threatening content;
- publishing personal data about a third party, such as a member of staff, another customer or a child;
- publishing advertising or promotional content;
- impersonating someone else;
- automatically collecting the app's content, or extracting data from it by automated means.
Nidora has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We remove any content that breaks these rules without notice, and may suspend the account it comes from.
To report content to us: use the report button in the app, or write to bonjour@nidora.family. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours, and the content concerned is removed if it breaks these rules.
5. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time: Profile → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Your contributions remain online, detached from your account. They describe businesses and continue to help other parents. The details are in section 6 of the privacy policy.
6. What Nidora does not guarantee
The information shown comes from the community and from our estimates. It carries a date of last confirmation, precisely because places change.
We guarantee neither its accuracy nor that it is up to date. Check on site whatever matters to you. Nidora cannot be held liable for a wasted trip or for information that has become wrong.
The app is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption.
7. Google Maps
Nidora uses Google Maps features and content.
Use of these features and content is subject to the current versions of the following documents:
- Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service — https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/
- Google Privacy Policy — https://policies.google.com/privacy
8. Intellectual property
The Nidora name, its logo and the app itself belong to the publisher. Content published by parents belongs to its authors, within the limits of the licence described in section 3.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date. A substantial change will be flagged to you in the app.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts are those of Paris.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of the protection granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
